System selection involves a comprehensive needs analysis phase, where a company’s requirements for the system are thoroughly examined and the main business needs are identified.

Using our experience of systems we have already implemented, but not confining the selection process to these systems, we then identify one or more systems that will meet these needs and we work with the software vendors to obtain a good price for the system and any customisation that is required.

A document is written that outlines your choices and makes a recommendation as to the one that we think best suits your needs.
